This Stainless Steel Oil Strainer/Grease Catcher allows you to reuse and recycle your valuable lard, bacon fat, or other greases and oils. The insert nests on top of the stainless steel picture and filters the food particles out of the grease. The grease falls into the pitcher portion until you are ready to use it again!
