GAPS diets, reaching the younger generation and food to make a difference

 

Sometimes you feel like the “weird kid” because you know that in order to be healthy, you have to eat differently than everyone else.  Sometimes your health improvements are noticed by others, who then begin to feel empowered to change their own health circumstances.  Sometimes we just have to connect the dots for them by demonstrating in our own lives that how we eat effects how we feel.  Caroline is gutsy, and she is healing her gut, too.  She is doing it through the GAPS diet, and she shares her experiences with us.
