Hawaiian Black Sea Salt, Course Grind
Typically used as a finishing salt, Hawaiian Black Sea Salt also dissolves very well if cooked in something wet. This means that you can enjoy the silky texture and slightly-earthy flavor in any dish. We recommend trying it in salads, with teriyaki, sushi, grilled steak, chicken, fritattas, or tofu (but experiment)!
