Description

Storebought pasta will be with sifted durum flour (called “Semolina”). Get the whole grain of durum or of other wheat types by making your own pasta at home.

• Cuts .06″/1.5mm pasta sheets and vermicelli.
• Cuts .25/6mm fettuccine.
• Clamp securely holds machine to table or counter top.
• Instructions included.
• Hand washing recommended.

Due to our commitment to sell items that are manufactured in countries with ethical employment standards, we no longer sell the Norpro Pasta Machine.  The Atlas Pasta Machine is a much sturdier machine and is made in Italy. 

Chaya’s tip: I run a paper towel through mine like it is pasta for easy cleanup.
