Description
The Chop Rite medium chopper is larger & heavier than the small one, giving it great stability and faster grinding speed. This is an excellent choice for medium-to-large quantities and works very well on fruits and foods beyond meat. Made of cast iron and made in America, this is the best in quality. In fact, the company has been around since the mid 1800’s and you will often find “antique” grinders (under the name of “Enterprise”), many of which are still in use!
This is a screw-down model, allowing you to stabilize it on a board or work table.
This grinder has a xylon coating which is FDA approved and prevents sticking for ease of cleaning.
Will come with 3/16″ plate (hamburger plate).
The hopper measures: 4-1/4″x 5-1/4″
