Homestead Heritage Cheese Press

Description

This beautiful cheese press is made by hand from cherry  wood and is made in America through the Ploughshare Institute, who also produces the cheese kits made available through Pantry Paratus. These are easily cleaned and designed for the home cheese maker.  Press up to 5 lbs at a time. 

The weight is not included.  A 10lb disc from the sporting goods section is recommended.
