It is our policy to send shipments within 3 business days of the order, but the average time is 1-2 business days.\u00a0 Typically the tracking number for your order will be sent to you via email.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n Pantry Paratus maintains the right to hold an order if there is a need to verify the customer’s address, purchase, or identity, and you will be contacted in such an event.<\/span><\/span> We make every effort to provide our customers with both quick delivery and protection of their personal information.\u00a0<\/strong> If an order seems unusual in any way (such as multiples of a large ticket item or if there are different billing and shipping addresses), we will contact you via email and\/or by phone so that we can ensure your order was correct and that you are not a victim of fraud.
