The All American Pressure Canners/Cookers come with both the dial gauge and the pressure weighted gauges, for your convenience. The dial gauge should be re-calibrated yearly at your local county extension office, but the weighted gauge needs no maintenance. It works off of basic science; your altitude will determine which of its’ three settings you will use: 5 lb, 10 lb, or 15 lb settings. You follow approved canning instructions for your altitude and food product.
This gauge is comes with your All American Pressure Canner, but if you need a replacement, this is it.
